# Why $PNMT Exist Within Pee Network Blockchain Ecosystem

The blockchain industry has evolved significantly over the past decade. Early blockchain ecosystems were primarily driven by technological innovation, focusing on areas such as consensus mechanisms, scalability, security, smart contracts, and network architecture.
